The usual defense in Massachusetts was offered up. The cop didn't see me go through the red light. Not that he couldn't have seen me, because I did, but the cop is lying. An expert witness, who we are paying for is going to be called to testify for uncle Barack is going to state that there is no way from where the officer was sitting he could have seen the vehicle the defendant was driving go through the red light.

And then resulting in illegal search and seizure, dismissing all charges including illegally living in the US against the guy. Totally amazing what Moonbats will end up doing to save yet another illegal. He should go live with Auntie Zunie. It's their god given right anyway. |
