New GOM haddock regulation

We've been hearing about the reduced number of cod in the recent stock assessments but haddock rules in the Gulf of Maine are also being reduced. Changed from no limit at 18" to 9 fish minimum size 19".

good - no limit was just plain stupid. 9 fish is more than enough, even for a greedy groundfisherman like me

my 1st wife didn't like me fishing so much
