Going sharking tomorrow, probably around Coxes, amy try trolling for some BFT on the way back. FWIW I tried Nebraska shoal yesterday bottomfishing. First and last time my spots on the west side of block are much better than that.

Fishing tonight at the Ditch. Tomorrow gonna try a lobster boil using my new Christmas tree shop party pack which includes a lobster apron , place matts , napkins , pot holder , shell crackers and little butter cups over candles to keep the butter melted. Even Martha Stewart is gonna be jealous of my setup!!

Heading down to the Cape tonight. I'm thinking about hitting the outer beaches around dark, and my buddy just bailed on me, so if you're going to be out there and need a fishing partner - PM me. Tomorrow I'll be drifting through some rips. Then, the wife's half of the weekend kicks into gear, and it's nothing but socializing and whatnot for the remainder of the weekend.

BM...can you take some pictures of the looks on the fly guy's faces as a 3 oz. piece of wood comes flying towards their perch atop a ladder. It needs to be done. The wood shouldn't spook flats fish at all.

Question Formula farts worse than beer farts?

Heading down to Mattapoisette tomorrow, going to try a few spots. Still waiting for that big fish of the year. Haven't had a big blue yet either, only rats.

Was gonna go out in the wee hours of the morning tonight/tomorrow, but the forecast scared me off of it.

For you guys going tonight.....keep the eye to the sky....rain is okay, but holding 10 feet of graphite when there are bolts around.....

So, my plans were put off for 24 hours......and probably since I said that, the storms will be non-existant.....but I'm not driving an hour in whatever direction in the middle of the night just to be scared off by bolts.....

So, tomorrow....don't know, probably more garden stuff, and then nap so I can watch the midnight moon and then the sunrise on some water front, somewhere.......

Be safe, and have fun, whatever it is you're doing.....

Tomorrow work the double 8am to 11 pm.
Sunday get oil changed in both trucks, then BBQ to meet the neighbors; weird, I've lived here for almost a year and I don't know anybody in the neighborhood (maybe because I live in the smallest house on the most affluent street in Medway?)
Anyhow, white trash Ricky gonna meet ODB and the Fat Man on the shores of Bassless Hole for a marathon Monday.
Goin on vaca starting a week from today... Spending as much time as I can on the Formula, hopefully Frankenstein should be running by August 1st.
Lookout cows, here comes Farmer Ricky!!!
Good Luck Everybody,
Rick

Hit the beach by 4AM and fish til the bait guy shows up at the Beverly docks, then load a couple of flats of herring for the boat, (charters)

But I suk. Haven't done chit with plugs off the beach in two weeks. I'm getting real good at dragging my topwater stuff right UNDER good size fish that are jumping OVER my offerings though....making me crazy.

Sorry, had to rant. I fish the beach for the solitude and for my head. I can take just so much from some of the people I have had out lately. You know the ones who know EXACTLY where the fish are gonna be. Get a string of them every year, then the good guys show up again.

And I lost a Salty bugger purple needle on a snap off tonight to boot.

So back on the beach for me, for a while anyway
