Question New Hampshire Charter Boats?

Have a few friends who live up in the Manchester area who would love to go bottom fishing for stripers, cod, and ugly critters this summer...probably August.

Can anyone recommend a competent skipper in the area?

Or would a hike to Gloucester, Mass be a better idea?

It's not likely that I'll be able to get my friends to meet me down on the Cape...they're kinda cranky (=originally from) North Country folk.

Any big charter boats that do parties of over 20 for stripers and blues? Looking to plan a bachelor party for a buddy in September.
