alot of teh times i carry 2 plugs in thier own tube 1 bucktail and a water bottle and thats it. So one white 9'' sluggo a wonderbread bomber and a white bucktail with red pork

This is too tough to answer, but 3 plugs that are Always in my bag are:

Loaded redfin, Superstrike needle, rigged eel (not artificial, I know... but you should always have one with you)

I'd use my tried and trusted read-head polaris popper, SP minnow, and 9 inch white sluggo on a 1oz.
