Sunglasses for guys with really big heads

OK, my head is really, really big. Every baseball team I ever played on, not once did a helmet fit comfortably. When I buy fitted hats, I need 7.75 inches. 7.5 id a bit too snug.

So I have a lot of trouble finding sport sunglasses that fit. I have no interest in pretty boy sunglasses.

Anyone else out there a walking candy apple like I am? Any suggestions?

Depending on your budget check online. Many better makers have specific lines that are offered with wider temples.

Same problem here. I have the Costa del Mar Sailfish. Very comfortable. I also have a pair of Maui Jim Aviators. Also good for big squashes.

Always fished with costa's and recently won a pair of maui's. The Costa's are far superior.

sierratradingpost.com has a bunch of costas on sale. I got a nice pair with glass lenses for about $80 ( less than 1/2 price). Some with polycarb lenses were in the $40-50 range.

No, no, no. we’re 30… 30, three zero.

And a note for anyone looking to buy there, you can nearly always get 30% off of the STP price with a coupon. Sign up for the deal flyer...

Frequently they'll do 30% + free shipping and every some times 35% and free ship.

I own the Costa Harpoons and they fit great.

I also need the 7.75 fitted hats. Not an easy find.

I have the Harpoons myself with the 580P,I bought-em last year. The clarity is insane, blues greens really burst out but as for the fit,it's so so.I dunno maybe my squash is too small for them

Live bait sharp hooks and timing is all you need

Jim, what pair did you settle on?

I was looking at the Pescador model, but they're bifocal. ??? I don't wear prescription glasses and really don't want anything that's going to impair my vision in the long run. Am I stoopid for being concerned about that?

Believe it or not, I've used "BluBlockers" for years, no complaints here (Viper body style). They cut through the water pretty good, and cost me $5 @CVS. I don't need to make a fashion statement anymore, so they fit their purpose. However, I can' find them at that cost anymore...online they're much more costly now (close to these Costa Del Mars)...
