Northshore bass and blues charter

A friend is looking for a charter on the northshore for bass and blues. Anyone recommend anyone? going out of the Merrimack or Hampton area would probably be best, but he'll do anywhere on Northshore.

Thanks.

There's simply no one who knows the water around Cape Ann, up to and including Plum Island and the Merrimack, better than Skip Montello, of North Coast Angler. He runs a modest 18' Maritime Skiff, but his expertise is unsurpassed.

EIther Freak or Bruce Sweet on the Sweet Dream III. He is a stud as is Mike. Can't go wrong with either one.
