Marine Forecast- Terrible

Has anyone looked a the forecast for BI Sound for the next 5-days. Pretty bad starts with 3-5' seas and ends with 4-7' seas...Kind of reminds me of last Fall's weather.

The boat just does not look the same just sitting in the yard after a week of this crap . I think we all need some flat seas and big fish to make up for it.

I have taken a real ass kicking out there the last three days. From Beavertail to the Harbor of refuge, big seas every afternoon from 1:00 on. 3-8 ft swells. This sucks.

rough weather

179:

It wasn't too bad last night as long as the boat has plenty of things to hang on to. Those black clouds to the west were a little ominous but nothing electrical materialized. But they must have scared away fish with lines on them. Blues and fluke were working, though. The island would have been a nasty run--I figure about half the trip I would have been airborne.

I hate going out when the surfers are thicker than the fish!!!

You been doing any good?

Hi Bob,
No I really haven't been fishing over the past week, just been busy and the weather hasn't been too good. I do plan on heading out tomorrow morning, not really sure where I will fish, depends what mother nature serves up. But BI or Charlestown could be in the cards.....Hope to see you out there soon.

It was nasty out there today. I went up to Narrow River this morning. Getting back was a religious experience!!

Blues, blues, blues. They're stalking me I think.
