Best garden ever
My vegetable gardens are insane this year.I have only 4 zucs and 4 yellow squash plants and I have more of each than I know what to do with.Tomatoes are out of control,I'll be picking heavy in 6wks easy.Peppers and eggplants also doing well. Some added new soil and a little manure at the beginning of the year makes a huge difference.

I think it was the early warming of the soil.

yes I agree it is shaping up to be a decent garden year (even though I got a late start and we have been watering like crazy)
The problem is "eating off the land" and working for a living dont go hand in hand very well though I have lost a few more stubborn pounds because of all the abundant veggies

cutting 50 to one hundred heads of lettuce each morning) are in the fall
So, it's time to GEAR up and start planting AGAIN...
i had 3 yards of loam/compost delivered this morning
