Fox 25 just reported that a white shark has been confirmed about 7 miles outside of Barnstable Harbor. There was another unconfirmed sighting off of Billingsgate shoal..

One attack won't be enough to change things, but I'd think eventually public safety studies will suggest that the seal population be "regulated"
