You pulled the plug on half the East Coast! Just kidding, jk, lol, hehehe....
Watching the news and they are saying NYC, half of NY state, parts of Jersey, CT, Detroit, Cleveland, Toronto, Montreal, and other major easter areas have NO electricity right now.... Unbelievable. Wonder on the cause .
No idea yet to what's causing it.

we have 2 elevators stuck full of employees trying to leave ealy . just when the power went blink . We also have 58 buildings without power . Im going to take the stairs . LOL

we were for a short time then the power came back . then everyone was able to get out of the elevators .

We got power back around 7:30 but it's still shaky. Dropped off twice for brief periods in the last hour.

That sucked! All the folks at friggin' Niagara Mohawk should be hung hupside down by their toenails. 
I just got my power back on at 10:30 p.m.
Amazing, I had friends call in and tell my they were stuck on NYC subway trains in complete darkness and they had to detrain in those nasty dark tunnels. And they weren't able to get home until real late. I wonder how many people got stuck in elevators!

I had to go down 36 flights of stairs and then hitchhiked from the FDR home to Conn.  But I still got home earlier than normal  |
