That is a delicious recipe. I never really liked striped bass that much (to eat) until I had a few gourmet striper entrées. It was unbelievably tasty. The chefs in New York prize wild striped bass - it is a major favorite at some of the city's best places.
That was my story idea and I got the photo assignment out of it –but they wanted their own guy to write it. Can't argue with the NYT.
