Love this time of year, going to dust off the glove and spend some time with the kids throwing the baseball around and work on some hitting. Then going to try and get the bike out for a nice ride for the first time this year. We will see how the old legs feel but should be good though. Hope you feel better John!

Still laid up from surgery...1st PT today. Son's first baseball practice Sat. am and then take the twins to the lake to break in the new rods from Santa and enjoy some rays! Feel better soon, John!

Leading a baseball team of 6-7 year-olds through our opening day ceremonies. Rumor has it, that Nomar Garciaparra will be there. Maybe he's doing a gig at ESPN, which is only about 5 miles from where we play in Southington, CT.
