When will they announce the regulations....

for Scup, Fluke and Black Seabass???

They are looking as bad as a cable tv guide service with "TBD" in each of the fish categories.

Maybe they'll update them the day AFTER the season closes???

As stated in another thread, click print pdf: the limits and season are there.

Couldn't find the other thread so attached them here. Interesting that the most recent update is Jan 29, 2013 which implies the limits and season have been set for 2+ months?
