Very disturbing news and I hope this isn't a trend
this could be just the tip of the iceberg.
Quote: Felix Browne, spokesman for the state office of Environmental Affairs, said the license and excise tax funds were not being siphoned off into the general fund. He could not say where they would be used, but that the state would not endanger any portion of the federal funding with its actions.
I'd like to see proof of that statement.
