Patrick, Early evening you may want to cast plugs to passing schools. After dark eels, needlefish, swimmers depending on where you are. As far as casting to passing schools sometimes they are in close other times you'll need a boat.... Otherwise you don't need to cast too far. You could be anywhere from a sandy beach to cobble to slippery bare slate ledge.
