Gearing up to fish the Kenebunk for stripers soon....it's all i think about. Gas at 5+ bucks per gallon has me trout fishin Mostly....

this Nurse i met (Hubba Hubba) was tellin me that deep fried striped bass tastes like Lobster.

so whats a good deep frier?
Grand pappy deep fryer, I think I got the 2qt one, it holds a constant temp so you don't have to mess with temperature. I use it for my catches all the time and love it, comes with a scoop too. Also, pickle brined chicken is awesome for sandwiches. The chicken should spend 4-5 hours tops in pickle juice with some diced garlic, pat dry, then self raising flour mixed with cayenne, salt and pepper, then butter milk, then back in the flour mix, let stand for about 10 mins then into the hot oil it goes. A garden tomato slice, lettuce, and mayo on a fresh deli roll.

Hello at 3:28am as I was catching up on computer work.
