If a child is eligible for MassHealth they qualify for WIC till the age of 5 regardless of income. They're only good for certain foods. Karl F, food stamps are completely different these days. I had an ex that got them for a while. Now you get a debit card and it can only be used for food. No change given, just deducted off the card.
