if you take charcoal buy the real oak wood charcoal and forget about the charcoal brickets type...and no lighter fuid needed. it smells better ,leaves no mess ,isnt as heavy to carry ! and makes the food
especially fish, taste better. it's also a real handy item to have when your makin a camp fire and the wood is slightly wet.... or it can be used alone if need be... it's made from old tung and groove oak flooring actually.
