Swimmin' for my Mac plug.

Before I begin let me say this:Mac's Canal pencil is the balls!Casting that thing is like hitting a homer over the Green Monster! And the action is awesome!

Anyway while fishing lastnight I plugged with it on my 1088 and it was just a little to much plug for that rod.So this morning I broke out my 10' Quarrow/704 and walked down to the beach to launch a few casts. My 704 is bailess and it was my first time out with it this year. I'm getting into it launching this plug halfway to freakin Tiverton. As you know with a bailess 704 you gotta pay attention to where that roller stud is at...well I didn't and SNAP!I saw where it landed and off with the shoes and into the water I go!Good thing it floats straight up.It was out there bobbin' like a buoy.

Moral of the story is pay attention and some plugs are worth swimming for!
