Well lets talk realistically for a moment. They guy is a comm.the season is not open yet an he get busted with 4 extra fish.
OOPs
Well i don't know where the mistake is.It's pretty obvious he had some one or place to move em to.He was tryin to make a feew illegal duckets. He got caught.
So,Either he got a ticket.
Paid the fine or did his time, so to say.Or has not even had a day in court yet.whatever it doesn't matter.

OK so someone tell me.
How does this effect what he did in the tourney.
Did OTW decide he was to unscrupulous after the fact.
I think in the rules it says they have the right.
It's there ball.
I think it's unfortunate if they outright DQ'd him or caused him to back out.
U know mostly I disagree with Bill.
But On this one I have to agree.
If he was guilty he should have by now paid his debt to society.
He should be absolved.
Let those who without sin cast the first stone.JC
I know I ain't troin no rocks

FORE!
It's usually darkest just before it turns Black..
