Ok I'll spill. I had some needles for some trades and decided to put 2 coats on because they have some semi sharp edges so I wanted to put 2 coats. I have done it before. The first coat looked great as it mostly usually does so I thought maybe I won't they look so good. This morning I decided to put another on and it looks like %$%$%$%$. Lumpy and all. Never had this problem before but hell you never know. I like the mirror coat and really don't have any problems but this morning I got had. They aren't dry yet but they will be bumpy. Another case of being a perfectionist and should have left well enough alone. They will be perfect for the blind fisherman. I'll call them my braille needles. Hopefully it will spell out something profound, like nobody is perfect. P
