well true in a sense....
but the world wide demand for fish (food , flesh) has to be
slowed down via regulatory means because right now the demand
is Larger than the supply.
There should be MORE enforcement,
because the Sea's are a joke
with PIRATES (real time machine-gun blasting variety)
and thieves
taking 1 out of 3....
that's HUGE...
it's worse out their right now for pirate terror & thievery
than in the old days
of wooden ships and cannons. thats a FACT
