Bowl of cereal for breakfast or peanut butter wheat toast.....coffee. Drinking water, cup of coffee late afternoon......dinner.....one more cup of coffee in the evening! Down to 3 cups of coffee a day from about 9 or 10....and that included 3 or 4 great ones at Dunkies and whatever baked goods struck my fancy!!! No more Dunkin Donuts and no more baked goods!
