I recently did a hand carved with a pretty long lip......swims okay but I didn't get the depth I desired. Head shape could be an issue......probably need a more "sleek" approach. Will play with lip angle and length as well. Was hoping someone could save me a step in the trial & error process with some insight. Back to the drawing board.
Curious how much wood vs. plastic has in the bouancy department as well.....it's gotta have some kind of play in the outcome as well.
