Seether played on Hilton Head a couple of weeks ago and my son really wanted to go see them. It was a $30 or so ticket. Not bad for a small venue. He worked a local dj to get the band to autograph his cd and ended up hanging out with the band for 10-15 minutes before the show. It really made his day.
On the other hand, I was hoping to take him to AC/DC until I saw the price. I saw them for about $15 in the 80s. I just can't picture them being $85 better! We're not going!
What was that song Neil Young used to sing? The lyrics went something like "I ain't singing for Pepsi, I ain't singing for Coke"?
He ain't singing for me anymore either.
