wtf bought a used car off a guy I know I know should of had it checked out but..................

the f&*% frame is rotted beyond repair
so the long and short of it he said sue me like wtf went to the State Police and they said that he has done nothing wrong you need to go to civil court that is just not right 1300.00 WTF
