When I used to get the ham egg and cheese sandwich they used a bowl and a magic box that cooked the egg in a bowl, ham was put on a cardboard pan with a metallic side much like the ones used for Celesta microwave pizza and then put in the magic box. Much the same way I used to cook scrambled eggs on the boat using a microwave. Maybe they have stopped using a microwave now but I stopped going there long ago.
The coolatta is cream, ice and coffee with a squirt of syrup, all of which they use in massive quantities so they can get all the ingredients allot cheaper than we at home can. So the most expensive ingredient is the cream, let say 50 cents for all the ingredients, still $4 for a large the last time I was there so they might even be more now.
