The gannets were all over diving on small pogies. Even with all the bait in the water, the cape cod bay gave up 35" - 20lb class fish on 3/4 oz jig heads with 6" sluggos, not smaller, not larger, and only the dark green ones in 45 feet of water. Everything else came up blue. We drifted over waypoint 35 and came up fish on over and over.

Lines Tight on light tackle.

Back in 1904 we caught similar fish.

Best fish of the day!

These are the two we kept.

The sun shines on a dog's ass every once in a while, maybe today is my day!
