Nature Calls
I went fresh water fishing this A.M. and there were 2 snapping turtles and a painted turtle on nests and laying eggs. I'm sure they weren't thrilled we were there but it didn't deter them at all. Driving out of the area spotted 3 more snapping and 1 more painted headed back towards the river. Wonder if it's a moon phase thing or just the right time-or both.
