I'd argue that Obama's progressivism may not be "radical" in terms of being something new or novel as they've been at this for most of a century .....but is it certainly a radical departure from the intent at our founding and a "radical" change in the individual vs. government relationship which they've been slowly chipping away at....the two views cannot co-exist ultimately.....you either have one or the other....I dont know how it gets sorted out in the end...
