eelskimmer Registered User Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: dedham, MA Posts: 636	I understand there is a ROW on the west side of the Quonny breakwater. I have tried to find it but the land owners have tried to hide it with trash and construction material. That is a prime fishing spot that should be kept open. What options are suggested???
