stupid, stupid, stupid... that's me.
i had to take my reel apart on the rocks, everything went fine. take a cast... the feel and sound of a knot.. then a big splash at my feet right in front of the rock... forgot to the back screw on the handle.. which is now just far enough out of my reach, in water just churned up enough to not be able to see... gotta wait for the tide to go out or my season is on hold...
sooooo stupid....
you think i'd give up on this hobby by now. lol.
