transducer paint
My fish/depth finder just went screwy on me. Told me I had 150' of water in my slip. Come to find out I had barnacles on the bottom of the transducer along with a calcium/algae build up. Kind of suprised me as I run almost everyday.
My marina manager asked if I painted the transducer with transducer paint. I hadn't ever heard of this. Anyway, he is pulling the boat while I'm away on business and cleaning/painting the transducer. He gave me a little bottle of transducer paint for next year.
Any of you guys use transducer paint?
