I love the idea of loading ANY firearm given to a child (>18) with blanks.
I agree with the first point but every gun should be treated as loaded and loading with blanks will lead to more accidents down the road .
Curious how we all feel about strapping skis on a kid and sending them down a hill or putting them on a small motor cycle or even having them ride a bike for that matter ?
The media tends to sensationalize accidents when they happen with a firearm. It's an agenda
