Came into Mount Hope ramp this past sunday.Two boats on ramp heading out. Waited my turn, they both left at the same time so I took the right floating dock. As I pulled in I noticed a truck and trailer ready to back down to the left floating dock. Well then I heard a motor and looked over my shoulder to see a boat heading to the left dock. He ties up and now the guy waiting to launch can't! My rig can't get buy him to get me out. I said to the boat what are you doing. didn't you see him trying to launch? I was then told that he had waited 15 min and that was a long time! I then said no one can move because of you. His responce was he didn't care if we stayed all night with a few f bombs thrown in even with children right next to him! Then had to tall him and his female companion they were the most ignorant jackasses I had the misfortune to meet. Are they ignorant of common courtesy or just think they are special? Dammed if I know,
