Thumbs up Results

Well we fished the north rip last night, it was slow going getting there from PJ but my friends 22' made it without problem. The seas were pretty rough.

We tried drifting some eels in differant areas with and without leadweight with no luck, no takers. Finally we decided to troll the umbrella rigs and the fun began, picked up a couple nice bluefish, several bass in the 25-30" range, and one nice double hook up in which a 34" and a 28" decided they both wanted a bite of my umbrella at the same time....

I'm hearing that the fishing is tremendous along the Newport cliffs right now?
