Even NC & VA are going with one fish. ITs really on RI anglers to do their part. If recs don't overwhelm those hearings then it is on our sector for not making this issue too hot to handle. If RI went with one fish I think you will see a very different ASMFC debate. time see if RI anglers can step up.
