Truth SM Reel

If anyone is interested I got a hold of one of the current production Truth SM reels and have torn it down and also had a few casting sessions at the beach with it. Solid construction, weight 18 oz. spooled, great line capacity (315 yds 40# braid w/ 50 yds mono backing) spool tension knob and a good mono-mag makes it very adjustable. Advertised for 4 oz.+ weight but I have been throwing 2 to 3oz plugs and metal with it with NO issues and good distance. I believe this thing can take a good splash and maybe an occasional dunk without issues although I would give her a cleaning afterwords. I will try and get out this week and get it wet. I like it so much I just ordered a new 11'6" Century TTULST to build for it (was tested w/ GSB1321L)
Machined aluminum, stainless main and pinion gears, ceramic bearings, spool adj. knob and adj. mono mag and smooth drag, goes for $399.99.
