Don't be that guy. you don't have to break the bank on a vanity. you can order a kraftmade all wood (plywood box) vanity for $250 at homies. I did 20 of them over the winter for a customer
Don't listen to Mr Fancy Pants Niko , if the vanity is in great shape John, there is no reason to spend the $250 (especially in my case if I would have had to order a custom size to fit the space.... )
