ummm....could someone please hold my hand, and share with me the technique used to paste or place an image in my post...

..stil new to this stuffs..


..ummm....lets start at the beginning

1. Click the insert image box. ??

2. its shows a bar with the default of http://..??

3. Type what ??? in this area ???

4. Do I delete this, and what do I type ????


....I've already tried to type the name of the pic....please give me an example of what to type??...I'm reaching out to the nation....HELP!!!!
