No, I dont believe they have spawned yet, our ocean season closes 3/31- (whole coast i believe.) Alot of chesapeake bay fish spawn in May I believe way up the bay in Va and MD rivers. The fish being caught here are right now are very fat and full of large menhaden.
Interest in catching them here is also pretty much done now also as our main season usually runs from around thanxgining to first couple of weeks in february depending on the water temperature. .
