Plug identification??

What is it? Seems it is missing a hook or two. Maybe a tail hook and there is also another exposed swivel on the bottom side, just barely visible in the pic toward the tapered end ,that looks like all the other swivel hook hangers.

Looks like a Reverse something or other.. it is solid wood.
Homemade job or what?
