I'm usually not one to talk about my catches, but I need to share this with someone
Today I caught my first keeper ever while using wood plugs!!! I've gotten plenty of keepers in the past, just never one on wood, and never one that meant as much as this fish did. I've been trying religiously for two years to get one on wood, and today was the lucky day. She was 36", caught and released in great health.
Bigfish, thanks for the wood lesson the other day bud, I owe it all to you!!! I think I'll name my next child after you or something
