Fishing Injuries...

Any stories, hooks in the hand, bluefish bites...

My best is catching my first striper about 6 years ago, before I got more serious with the sport. Fishing in South County, on top of a large rocks wearing boots and jeans...landed my first fish and the adrenaline was PUMPING. Proceeded to get down off the rock and slip on the one I was stepping down to (keep in mind no corkers low tide) fell face first rod in hand. Tore up some tendons in my wrist and sliced it up pretty good. Had to go work, as a cable tech, with a brand new wrist wrap and 15 stitches at noon.

What? No. We can't stop here. This is bat country. -HST
