Wink Condolonces needed for Bassmaster

Although the bait was thick it was a twinkie fest last night out there. Anyway please send some kind words to BASSMASTER because he snapped off one of the best needles he ever made and from that point on he was un-consolable. Slip and I tried to get him to shake it off but he went into a deep, deep depression and was junk from that point on for the rest of the night.
I can still see him now walking the surf line talking to himself searching in the light of the quarter moon for a needle that was sent to Davey Jones locker. Hopefully someone will find it and use it if it washes ashore. Maybe it will float down to Long Island and a deserving New York surfcaster will feel it's mojo and take many big bass with it. Anyway, he is a wreck and I feel badly for Slip who had to drive him home. Slip is a trooper for putting up with a despondent heap of a man that was bassmaster last night. Slip deserves a medal for patience in the face of despondency.

Why even try.........
