My needs are few - please help

I have a domain name and I have a professionally maintained website that I subscribe to. I want to have my domain traffic redirected to the subscribed website.
I also want to have an e-mail account incorporated in my domain name [example: name@domain.com] that I can get by using Outlook.

I had all of this with Domain Namerica, but too often my e-mail relay was delayed for up to 24 hours, and they had no telephone support.

I recently transferred to a Yahoo Domain account which worked great until several days ago. Since then I’ve only been able to send e-mail but not receive it. They have very pleasant telephone support but have not been able to solve the problem. They told me that they are having this problem with many accounts. This is not an acceptable answer for me.

I am looking for a reliable company to provide these simple services. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated?

Best regards,
Roger
