The Weekapaug Surfcasters are holding a kids surf fishing contest sat Sept 25th 5am till sun 26th 10am.runs from Stonnington point in Ct to the hard side Charlestown Ri.Fish can be weight in at kingcove marina in Stonnington Ct.Capt Dons b&t in Charlestown and Weekapuag b&t in Westerly.Prizes for 1st 2nd 3rd place bass and bluefish.ages 8- 16 years old.Rules are available at each shop. Final weight in and awards at weekapaug b&t 10 am sunday the 26th. Also the MDA tournament will be held oct 15th -the 16th with breakfast and awards at the Andrea Hotel sunday the 16th.
