That very thing is how/why I learned to shut-up about locations. Nothing worse than driving an hour to a spot to find it surrounded by fishermen who aren't going to move for a while. I can live with other traditional "plug casters" in spots I fish but when you have a guy spike a rod in a traditional "casting" spot it just rubs me the wrong way. That very thing has caused much havoc under the light at Montauk - long a traditional plug casting spot. Imagine hanging up some high priced plugs on broken off 40 lb chunking line....
