Another good way is to wrap in small peices of colored phone wire every 50'. Al Lorenzetti has a tape out called trolling for Bass and Blues that covers this very well. It works great stays on the wire and you can feel it at night and count out the colores in the dark. Have you used lead core at all I find it easy to use and the fight is better than on wire?
